Withdraw from agreement14-day right
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the product.
How to withdraw
Send a clear withdrawal statement to support@secret-vibe.com or by post to Stationsstraat 88, 6114 GE Susteren, Netherlands, including your name, e-mail, order number and product.
Return within 14 days
After notifying withdrawal, the consumer must return the product within 14 days.
Direct return costs are paid by the consumer unless SecretVibe states otherwise or SecretVibe made an error.
Refund
A valid withdrawal is refunded within the legal period, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
SecretVibe may wait until the product has been received or return shipment has been proven.
Hygiene exception
For sealed adult, intimate or hygiene-sensitive products, the withdrawal right is lost if the seal, hygiene closure, protective film or safety packaging is opened after delivery.
