These terms apply to visiting SecretVibe, browsing our webshop, placing orders and using customer account features.

SecretVibe is intended only for adults aged 18 or over.

Before submitting an order, the customer reviews the order summary and accepts the terms, payment obligation, 18+ confirmation and relevant privacy, withdrawal and return information.

The checkout button clearly indicates that submitting the order creates a payment obligation.

Consumer prices are shown as gross prices including VAT where applicable.

VAT is calculated based on the delivery country and the active EU/OSS logic.

Shipping costs, payment costs, discounts and the final amount are shown before payment.

SecretVibe does not use misleading from-before prices. Discounted prices are used only when factually and legally supportable.

Available payment methods are shown in checkout.

Post-payment or instalment methods are offered only if visible in checkout and approved by the payment provider for this assortment.

Delivery options, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown before payment.

SecretVibe aims to use neutral and discreet packaging.

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw after receiving the product.

After withdrawal, products must be returned within 14 days.

For sealed adult, intimate or hygiene-sensitive products, the right of withdrawal may be lost when the seal or protective packaging has been opened after delivery.

Customer account features are intended for orders, customer details and support. Users are responsible for accurate information and for protecting their login credentials.

SecretVibe may restrict or terminate account access in cases of fraud, misuse, security risk or breach of these terms.

Dutch law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence.
