Provider
Online payments are processed by the displayed payment provider. When available in checkout, you may also pay in full by SEPA bank transfer. This is not direct debit. Order processing starts after receipt and verification of payment. SecretVibe does not store full card details.

Failed payment
If payment fails, the order is not fulfilled or remains pending until payment succeeds or the provider accepts the payment.

Refunds
Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the provider, bank and legal requirements.
